In the news this week:

GOJO announced its 2020 Sustainable Value Strategies and Goals at the 10th Annual BizNGO-Chemical Footprint Project Conference in Boston. These goals, which focus on delivering innovation in products and the ways the company works and creating Sustainable Value for all GOJO stakeholders, demonstrate the company’s commitment to leading the industry in sustainable practices and solutions.

Huntsman Corporation most recent sustainability report, "Water Dependent, Water Responsible," explores global water scarcity and discusses its responsibilities in reducing intake, optimizing processes, innovating new products to save water resources, protecting the environment and sharing solutions to water needs with neighbors. The report covers the corporation’s sustainability initiatives from calendar year 2014, including performance against 11 key metrics from the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Sustainability Reporting Guidelines.

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. announced that its membership application for Together for Sustainability (TfS) has been finalized and accepted. IFF is the first flavors and fragrances company to join TfS and enters into a growing consortium of multi-national companies committed to ensuring sustainable practices throughout the supply chain. The organization is focused on implementing a standardized global supplier engagement program for responsible procurement of goods and services in the chemical industry and improving sustainability practices of suppliers.
