State Chemical Management
ACI members have engaged several states on chemical management issues. While ACI urges a federal approach to chemical management, ACI engages state legislative and regulatory officials to emphasize the importance of recognizing the economic and social benefits of products and chemicals and to advocate against provisions that would impair innovation or speed to market for ACI members.
