ACI supports the industry’s efforts to manufacture and market antimicrobial hand hygiene products. These products are recognized to have a positive role in the protection of human health by reducing risks to disease. ACI regularly works with member companies to communicate information on the safety, efficacy and use of antimicrobial hand hygiene products and their ingredients to governmental and regulatory organizations, the media, the public and other stakeholders.
